Effective Date: October 15, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Custom DTF Printing LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, doing business as Prints on the Fly uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.printsonthefly.com (the “Site”). It forms part of our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, which explain how we handle personal information and the terms of use of the Site.

1. WHAT COOKIES ARE

1.1 Cookies. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your browser or device. It lets the site recognize your device, remember your actions and preferences, and measure how the site is used.

1.2 Similar Technologies. We also use similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits, which work in comparable ways. In this Policy, “cookies” includes them.

1.3 Who Sets Them. First party cookies are set by us. Third party cookies are set by service providers whose tools we use on the Site.

2. WHY WE USE COOKIES

2.1 Purposes. We use cookies to make the Site work, to keep your shopping cart and design in progress, to remember your settings, to keep the Site secure, to understand how visitors use the Site so that we can improve it and, if we use them, to measure and improve advertising.

3. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE

3.1 Essential Cookies. These are needed for the Site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include cookies that keep your cart and checkout working, remember your login if you have an account, support the design tools and help protect the Site against fraud and attacks.

3.2 Functionality Cookies. These remember choices you make, such as your preferences and recently viewed designs, to give you a more personal experience.

3.3 Analytics Cookies. These collect information about how visitors use the Site, such as the pages they visit and how they arrive, so that we can measure and improve performance. The information is generally collected in aggregate form.

3.4 Advertising Cookies. If we enable advertising or social media tools, these cookies may record your visit to the Site and the pages you view so that we or our advertising partners can measure advertising and show you advertisements that are more relevant to your interests on other sites.

3.5 Current Tools. The specific cookies in use may change as the Site is redesigned and improved. We will keep the categories described in this Section up to date.

4. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

4.1 Providers. Some cookies are set by third party providers, such as our website hosting and e-commerce tools, payment providers, analytics providers and, if we use them, advertising and social media platforms. These providers may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies and we do not control their cookies.

4.2 Payment Pages. When you pay through a payment provider, such as PayPal, that provider may set its own cookies on its pages.

5. HOW LONG COOKIES LAST

5.1 Session Cookies. These are deleted when you close your browser.

5.2 Persistent Cookies. These stay on your device until they expire or you delete them. Their lifespan varies by purpose and by provider.

6. YOUR CHOICES

6.1 Cookie Preferences. Where the Site provides a cookie banner or preferences tool, you can use it to accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.

6.2 Browser Settings. Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies in their settings. Please check your browser’s help pages for instructions. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Site, including the shopping cart and checkout, may not work.

6.3 Advertising Choices. You can limit the use of advertising cookies through your browser settings, and through the opt-out tools offered by the advertising providers and industry programs such as those at https://optout.aboutads.info and https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices.

6.4 Opt-Out Preference Signals. Where applicable law requires us to treat an opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control, as a valid request to opt out, we will do so for the browser or device that sends it.

6.5 Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

7.1 Updates. We may update this Policy from time to time by posting the updated version on the Site with a new Effective Date. Where the law requires, we will ask for your consent again.
