Return & Refund Policy
At Prints On The Fly, many of our products are made to order and customized based on designs provided or approved by our customers. For this reason, we have specific return and refund guidelines in place.

Custom-Made Products

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes products that have been altered, printed, or embroidered based on customer-submitted or customer-approved designs.

Store Errors

If Prints On The Fly makes an error in the production of your order (such as an incorrect design, print, embroidery, or product defect), we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. In such cases, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the error.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their designs, sizes, colors, and order details before completing their purchase. Prints On The Fly is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information or designs submitted by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Orders with customer-approved designs
  • Items damaged due to normal wear or improper use
