  1. Customization and Order Confirmation

  Once you place an order for a customized product, we begin production immediately based on the details provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that all customization requests, including text, colors, sizes, and design preferences, are accurate before confirming your order.  Upon completion of your order, we will send a final proof (if applicable) for your approval. Once approved, no changes can be made, and we will proceed with production.

  2. Delivery

  We strive to deliver your customized products in the most efficient manner possible. Delivery times will vary depending on the product and customization requirements. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when your order is placed, and you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

  Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to external factors such as shipping delays, weather, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.

  3. Return and Exchange Policy

  Due to the personalized nature of our customized products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has started. This includes but is not limited to custom text, colors, or logos that were made to your specific instructions.

  4. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

  If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing clear images of the damage or defect. We will review the issue and, if it meets our criteria, we will offer a replacement or a full refund based on our investigation. In such cases, we will cover any return shipping costs.

  5. Refunds for Non-Customized Items

  If your order contains both customized and non-customized items, the non-customized items are eligible for return under our standard return policy. Customized products, however, are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
